The CPU-0600 Wi-Fi Boiler Control is a versatile, all-in-one boiler management solution designed for residential and commercial Hydronic heating systems. By combining multiple control functions into a single device, the CPU-0600 reduces inventory requirements and simplifies system design, eliminating the need to stock multiple dedicated controls.

This advanced boiler controller supports a wide range of applications, including Multi-boiler staging, system mixing, pump sequencing, and dual/differential setpoint control. Its compact design delivers exceptional flexibility while maintaining easy installation and operation. The control system is Wi-Fi enabled, providing real-time monitoring, remote setting adjustments, and convenient access to system history through the Sensorlinx mobile app.

For staging and mixing applications, the CPU-0600 provides multi-boiler staging with outdoor temperature reset, helping improve energy efficiency, system performance, and occupant comfort. The controller can control up to 4 on/off and/or 3 Modulating Boilers (0-10VDC) per device with the ability to expand up to 16 boiler stages (on/off). The controller also offers lead-lag operation and automatic boiler rotation based on run time or cycle count, ensuring balanced equipment usage and extended boiler life.

In addition, the CPU-0600 can manage Domestic Hot Water (DHW) control, making it an ideal solution for facilities requiring integrated boiler and hot water management from a single platform.
