The level 1 webinar highlights all the features and benefits within the entire HBX Controls product line including Boiler controls, Geothermal Controls, Snow Melting Controls, Thermostats, Outdoor / Wireless Sensors, Zoning Controls and Thermostats.
A snowmelt system is used to remove snow and ice via embedded electric cables or hydronic tubing. Common areas for snowmelt systems are: driveways, walkways, parking areas, stairways, loading docks, and car washes. The HBX Snowmelt controls utilizes a unique sensor technology that allows you to detect the rate of snow rather than a continuity sensor, where the sensor turns once exposed to moisture.
Designing your hydronic heating system to function with multiple boiler stages by switching on/off multiple smaller capacity boilers will save money, energy, limit potential wear and tear and a higher degree of your comfort to your building. The HBX CPU line is the simplest, most intuitive control available to the hydronic industry. The unique design means minutes to learn and setup. The CPU-0550 covers a wide variety of applications from a single unit, reducing the number of different controls on your shelf.
The earth's temperature a few meters below the ground is relatively constant everywhere in North America while the air temperature can change from summer to harsh winter conditions. Geothermal heat pumps combined with dedicated geothermal controls (ECO-1000 & ECO-0550) can tap into this natural heat source and provide a positive energy return to your residential, commercial and industrial applications.
This webinar highlights all the features and benefits within the HBX Wi-Fi zoning system. The ZON-0550 can be used in multiple applications from radiant heating to forced air delivery systems or a combination of both applications. The webinar will also highlight the benefits using the HBX Zone mobile app for contractors and end users.

Introducing the Wi-Fi Enabled HBX Snow Melt System. This quick video demonstrates how the SNO-0550 (snow melt control) and the SNO-0110 (optical snow sensor) operate in residential and commercial snow melt applications. The video also covers the wifi setup and operation for remote control using the free HBX Zone App for smartphones and tablet devices.
This video will cover the programming steps for the SNO-0550 Snow Melt Control including snow rate setup, demand setup, mixing setup, slab setup, and Wi-Fi setup with the HBX Zone App for remote access.
This video will cover the programming steps for the ECO-0550 Geothermal Control, including Heat Pump setup, Tank Setup, Backup and Priorities.

Installation and Wiring: This video will guide you how to wire your THM-0300 thermostats, fancoils, zone pumps or valves to the ZON-0550 zone control.
Pairing ZON-0550 Controls: When having more the four zones in a system you will be required to use additional zone control modules. This video will show you how to pair multiple ZON-0550 zone controls together. The ZON-0550 modules communicate to each other wirelessly on an RF network. No wires are needed to pair zone controls together.
