HBX Products

HBX Control Systems are designed, engineered and manufactured in Canada to accommodate a wide range of hydronic heating and cooling needs commonly found in today's residential, commercial and industrial design applications. We are an innovative, forward thinking company that can adapt quickly in an ever changing industry. The complete line of HBX products allows for a range of application types including mixing, staging, solar systems, geothermal systems and snowmelt applications.

HBX initially developed a single control unit designed to accommodate a wide range of hydronic heating and cooling need for a multitude of commercial, industrial and residential heating and cooling management applications, making the device effective for both simple and complex multi-use environments. HBX controls are unique in the market with modular design that allows connection into the base unit to allow simple expansion or modification, ease of upgrades, and cost savings. Ease of design, installation, and operation are the cornerstones of the HBX design concept.

With intuitive, easy programming, simple wiring and unbeatable pricing, you will spend less time in the field and save costs for your project with our NEW 550 series controls (Boiler, Snow and Geothermal).

The SNO-0110 snow melt sensor is unique to the hydronic industry. This snow/ice sensor utilizes optics rather than continuity based on/off sensors typically used by other manufacturers. The sensor provides HBX snowmelt controls with feedback on the snowfall rate and intensity. This sensor technology allows the user to fine tune the type of snowfall conditions that initiates snow melt mode on HBX snowmelt controls.

HBX CIS (Computer Interface Software) provides remote management and monitoring capabilities for controls such as the CPU-1000, ECO-1000 and SNO-1000. Adding to the product line with the Wireless Outdoor Sensor, (WAV-0100) this is able to connect to any control that uses a thermistor input for its outdoor sensing. This can connect to boilers, reset controls, thermostats and many other devices making the WAV-0100 perfect for retrofits as well as new installs.
